Custom Orders: If there is an Out of Stock item or a special item that is not on our site that you want to order, please email us and we will send you an invoice.
Returns: Precious Package Bowtique stands by its products and will gladly exchange an item if the item is damaged upon delivery, or if there is a flaw in one of the items.
Shipping: Once a payment has been received, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. After the processing time, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
